The Active Revolution approach

Personal, practical and grounded in partnership.

Active Revolution combines clarity and creative coaching with NLP-informed techniques. Sessions are tailored to your needs, preferences and goals, with an emphasis on empathy, respect and active participation.

Neuro-linguistic programming

A practical way to notice what shapes your response.

NLP explores connections between language, thought patterns and behaviour. Sessions may use discussion, visualisation, reframing and practical exercises to support greater self-awareness and help you consider new responses.

The approach is adapted to the individual—it is not a one-size-fits-all programme. At your first conversation, you can discuss your goals and decide whether this style of support feels right for you.

Good to know

Questions before you begin.

Choosing support is personal. These answers can help you decide what to ask in your first conversation.

What can I expect in a session?

You will work collaboratively with your practitioner using discussion and exercises selected around your needs and goals. Your first session is also a chance to ask questions and agree how you would like to work together.

How many sessions will I need?

That varies according to your circumstances and goals. Some people choose focused short-term work; others value ongoing support. Progress and next steps should be reviewed together.

Is NLP-informed support right for everyone?

No single approach suits everyone. A first conversation can help you understand the method, discuss any concerns and decide whether it fits what you need.

Can I include someone else in my session?

Yes, where appropriate and agreed in advance. Confirmed clients can invite a family member or participant through the portal, and the therapist can review the request before the session.
